FOIL RACING PERFORMANCE

 

A new introduction to the GA Sails range brings the Phantom’s easy-to-use racing performance into the air! The brand-new Phantom Air shares important features with the Vapor Air foil racing collection, which finds expression in its premium performance. An outline with a typically higher aspect, shorter boom and tighter leech transfers the Phantom’s racing characteristics into foiling. Thanks to several modifications like the 2 + 1 camber configuration and a moderately wide mast sleeve the performance of the Phantom Air is more accessible and can be utilized easily. The perfect choice for amateur racers and the upcoming generation of foil racers, who seek racing capacity in a more user-friendly package.

3-CAM PERFORMANCE DESIGN

Two race cambers are combined with one small camber for a perfect mix between no-compromise performance and user-friendliness.

The cross batten provides perfect stability in the profile of the Phantom Air and a fixed centre of pressure.

CONTINUOUS LUFF PANELS

Two continuous luff panels ensure a strong and efficient load distribution.

INTEGRATED BATTEN TECHNOLOGY

All battens above the boom are integrated into the overlapping panels for maximized symmetry and stability.

X-PLY

The best in the business and the best for us. We have been working closely with dimension to ensure we have the toughest sails on the market including our top of the line 4MIL X-Ply which is lighter and stronger than ever before.

C-FILM

This heavy duty reinforcement area through the windows on the wave sails gives solid durability at these critical areas.

Our refined clew patch provides the ultimate in strength and durability. It also protects the stitching with the new styling features.

Vario Pocket

A simple pocket on the top of the luff sleeve allows to to store away any excess webbing from your Vario Strap. No more flapping Vario Tops in the GA Sails range.

Vario Protection

This little add-on for the top cap on the Vario Tops protects the adjustable webbing from breaking down from wear and tear on rough ground.
